Established in 1993, Dalian SUNFED Shipping Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as SUNFED Shipping) is a private joint-stock enterprise specializing in maritime cargo transportation and shipping services. Its core operations include: international container vessel and general cargo ship transportation; ship leasing; domestic cargo forwarding services; international cargo forwarding services; domestic container freight forwarding services; maritime international cargo forwarding services; and land-based international cargo forwarding services.

SUNFED Shipping partnered with Qingdao Ocean Shipping Corporation of Shandong Province in 1998 to operate a comprehensive domestic coastal container liner service. Connecting Northeast and North China with Central and South China through six ports—Dalian, Tianjin, Yantai, Shanghai, Huangpu, and Chiwan—it established a major maritime artery linking China's northern and southern regions.

From 2003 to 2005, the company acquired three bulk carriers with 1,000-3,000 deadweight tons each, four container ships ranging from 106TEU to 400 TEU, and built one new vessel of 1,043 TEU. Between 2004 and 2006, we purchased two bulk carriers with 39,000-40,000 deadweight tons and constructed two new vessels of 57,000 deadweight tons.

SUNFED Shipping is currently rebuilding its fleet to resume cargo transportation. The company is actively seeking efficient, secure, and swift financing solutions to seize this opportunity, aiming to expand its fleet operations and advance toward long-term strategic goals.
